Hanoi, Vietnam
Project summary
AiPad is a digital infrastructure platform for organizing, operating, and measuring innovation programs. It supports the full program lifecycle, including application intake, stage management, AI-assisted screening and evaluation, mentor and judge workflows, milestone tracking, dashboards, and impact reporting. AiPad replaces fragmented processes based on forms, spreadsheets, emails, and chat groups with a unified and reusable operating system. The platform also connects data across programs, enabling organizers, enterprises, investors, and ecosystem operators to follow the long-term development of builders and startups.
Problem
Innovation programs are commonly operated through disconnected forms, spreadsheets, emails, and chat groups. Application, evaluation, mentoring, and post-program data remain fragmented, making it difficult for organizers to manage programs efficiently, measure impact, and follow the long-term progress of builders and startups. As a result, each program often operates as an isolated event, while valuable evaluation data, mentor feedback, and startup progress are lost after the program ends.
Solution
AiPad provides a unified platform for designing, operating, and measuring innovation programs. It centralizes applications, stages, evaluation rubrics, judge and mentor workflows, milestones, dashboards, and impact reports. AI modules assist with document extraction, application screening, rubric-based evaluation, and actionable feedback. By connecting data across programs, AiPad transforms one-off innovation activities into continuous and measurable builder and startup pipelines.
Target market
Government and quasi-public agencies, national and provincial innovation centers, universities, research institutes, incubators, accelerators, corporations, investment funds, development organizations, and innovation ecosystem operators.
Business model
Hybrid B2B/B2G software-enabled service model, including program implementation contracts, annual platform subscriptions, customized workflows and dashboards, technical support, program operation services, and impact reporting. Future revenue streams include corporate problem-solving programs, talent pipelines, investor connection, and portfolio management services.
Traction
AiPad has been developed and validated through 10 innovation programs. The platform has reached approximately 1,200 users, including 400 monthly active users, a 35% returning-user rate, 400 builders, and 200 ideas or startups. A notable use case is Hack <CX> Together 2026, organized by the Institute for Digital Technology and Economy – Hanoi University of Science and Technology and Saigon–Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB). AiPad supported application intake, submission evaluation, online mentoring, and program analytics dashboards.
